Mindspace Business Parks REIT will develop data centres for Princeton Digital Group in Navi Mumbai comprising 1 million square feet area. In a statement, Mindspace REIT on Wednesday said it has entered into a strategic partnership with Princeton Digital Group (PDG) to develop the latter's flagship and largest data center campus in India. The data centre will be developed at Mindspace Airoli West project in Navi Mumbai. Under this new agreement, Mindspace REIT will develop three additional built-to-suit data centers, adding a further 1 million square feet to its portfolio. The REIT has already developed 2 data centers for PDG, measuring around 0.63 million square feet. Upon completion, the business park will feature 5 data center buildings. The total data center footprint within the Mindspace REIT portfolio will stand at around 1.65 million square feet. A road caved in at an intersection in Dadar in central Mumbai on Thursday, trapping a car's tyre in the crater, civic officials said. No one was injured in the incident that occurred around 11.30 am at the busy Kismat junction on Veer Savarkar Marg in Dadar West, they said. It created a 3 feet X 5 feet crater. Traffic police with the help of locals pulled out the car from the crater after the cave-in, which briefly disrupted vehicular movement in Dadar. A video purportedly showing the incident surfaced on social media. In a statement, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation said the road caved in due to leakage from a 66-inch underground pipeline. The leakage was on the down part of the pipeline, which was noticed after the crater was deepened through digging as part of repair efforts, it said. The pipeline repair was delayed due to scheduled water supply in the locality, the statement said, adding it was finally undertaken in the evening. Repairs will take time and water supply .

These five housing societies in Chembur comprising 459 tenants include redevelopment of Maitri Park in Chembur East, admeasuring about 9 acres and Shrinagar Society in Chembur West, a cluster of four societies admeasuring about six acres. Vistara flight UK 27, operating from Mumbai to Frankfurt, on Friday has been diverted to Turkey due to security concerns, the airline has said. The security alert (bomb threat) was noted by the Vistara crew onboard, the airline said in a statement. The aircraft has safely landed at the Erzurum Airport, and as per the protocol, the relevant authorities were immediately alerted, and Vistara is fully cooperating with the security agencies to complete the mandatory security checks, it added. The operation to douse the blaze at a commercial building in Mumbai concluded after more than five hours on Friday afternoon, civic officials said. There were no reports of any injury to anyone in the fire that broke out at the Times Tower building in the Kamala Mills compound in the Lower Parel area around 6.30 am, they said. The level 2 (major) fire was confined to an electric duct between the 3rd and 7th floors on the rear side of the 14-storey building with a glass facade, a civic official said. The fire brigade extinguished the blaze around 11.55 am, more than five hours after they received a call around 6.30 am. The cooling operation is on at the site. Firefighters used a chisel and hammer to break the locks on the doors and enter the commercial building to battle the fire, the official said.
