Hyderabad/ New Delhi, April 28 (ANI): Reacting to Priyanka Gandhi's 'panic stricken rat' remark following BJP releasing a video 'Damad Shree' as its sharpest attack on her husband Robert Vadra, Congress leader Rajiv Shukla said that Gandhi's campaign has scared the BJP leaders and have frightened Modi and company. Meanwhile, BJP Spokesperson Prakash Javadekar said that the video was not released to attack on personal level and that the Gandhi family should answer on real issues, that is, land deals in Haryana.
Andole, April 28 (ANI): Congress President Sonia Gandhi accused Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) Chief K Chandrasekhar Rao of cheating her party and called the party opportunistic. Gandhi was addressing a rally in Andole town of Andhra Pradesh when she lashed out at Rao for being power hungry to grab the chair of Chief Minister for newly formed Telangana state. Telangana, formed after the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh, will officially come into existence on June 02.

Lucknow, April 27 (ANI): Veteran Congress leader ND Tiwari on Sunday gave his blessings to Congress candidate from Lucknow Rita Bahuguna Joshi. Earlier on Saturday, BJP president Rajnath Singh, who is also contesting from Lucknow parliamentary constituency, met Tiwari and sought his blessings. Meem Afzal stated that BJP's PM candidate Narendra Modi should be asked to react over this statement. Satyavrat Chaturvedi said that even Congress has been saying this that Gujarat Model will not work in other states and all states need their specific model. Also Rashid Alvi hit out at BJP saying that they do not have any model and there are only rifts in the party. Amritsar, April 26 (ANI): Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's step-brother, Daljit Singh Kohli, has joined the BJP. Kohli was present on stage at the joint BJP-Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) rally held in Amritsar on Friday night. The rally was also attended by Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal. Addressing the gathering, Modi said that Kohli's decision to join the BJP would increase the party's strength, and added that it would be his endeavour to forge a close relationship with the latter. Lucknow/ New Delhi, April 25 (ANI): Yoga guru Baba Ramdev made a shocking statement on Friday that Congress vice President Rahul Gandhi goes to Dalit houses for picnics and honeymoon. Ramdev who is supporting the BJP in the Elections 2014 made the objectionable comments during a press conference in Lucknow. He attacked Rahul Gandhi's 'single' status saying that Rahul wanted to marry a foreigner but was stopped by his mother Congress Chief Sonia Gandhi. He further went on to say that Sonia Gandhi asked Rahul not to get married until he becomes the prime minister. Meanwhile, the Congress party has condemned the statement.
New Delhi, April 25 (ANI): Social Activist Swami Agnivesh on Friday praised Narendra Modi after he wrote an open letter to the BJP's prime ministerial candidate. Agnivesh said that there is a positive change in Modi's image as he is speaking against anti-secular elements like Pravin Togadia and Giriraj Singh. He said that Modi should along with working against Pink Revolution and killing of animals, should work against consumption and manufacture of liquor too. The social activist had earlier said that Modi will never become PM to which, his present statement comes as a shock.
