Pixel 10a launch likely in February with specs close to Google Pixel 9a
Google Pixel 10a is reportedly set to launch in February, with expectations of a Tensor G4 chip, a 5,100mAh battery and largely unchanged specifications from the Pixel 9a
Sweta Kumari New Delhi Google is reportedly going to launch the Pixel 10a smartphone in February this year. According to a report by GSMArena, the smartphone will likely be available in mid-February. It is expected to be offered in four colours: Obsidian, Berry, Fog and Lavender. The report also added that storage options will include 128GB and 256GB. As per a previous report, the Pixel 10a is expected to closely mirror its predecessor, the Pixel 9a, with largely similar specifications and only minor changes.
Google Pixel 10a launch: What to expect
According to the report, the Pixel 10a is expected to sport a 6.28-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. For the camera system, the smartphone will likely feature a 48MP main camera, a 13MP ultra-wide camera and a 13MP camera at the front. The smartphone may come with 8GB of RAM paired with up to 256GB of storage. The device is also expected to pack a 5,100mAh battery.
Google has not confirmed which Tensor chip will power the Pixel 10a yet. However, the report suggested that the Pixel 10a may reuse the Tensor G4, similar to the Pixel 9a, as the two devices reportedly share most of their hardware specifications. There is also speculation that Google could use the newer Tensor G5 from the Pixel 10 lineup.
