IL&FS Trans, subsidiary, bag GHMC order

Surface transportation infrastructure company, IL&FS Transportation Networks Limited, on Thursday said that a consortium comprised of the company and its subsidiary, Futurcage Infrastructure India Limited, has been mandated to develop an integrated multi-level automatic car parking facility at Khilwat, Hyderabad, on a build, operate and transfer (BOT) basis by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC). The concession period for the project is 30 years, including two years of construction period, and the revenue will be accrued from the parking fee and leasing of retail space, a release said.
