The latest edition of the report is based on the views of 13,416 millennials questioned across 42 countries and territories. Deloitte says this year’s survey embraced a more diverse group of respondents to generate a more comprehensive perspective of the generation as a whole. The survey says that societal discord and technological transformation create a “generation disrupted”.
