JP Morgan Mauritius Holding IV and ICICI Venture Funds Management Company, acting as the investment manager for India Advantage Fund, have agreed in-principle to invest Rs 60 crore each in PVR's wholly owned subsidiary PVR Pictures, PVR informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
