Mindteck consolidates US subsidiaries

Bangalore-based Mindteck India, has said its three wholly-owned subsidiaries in the US -- Mindteck USA Inc, Primetech Solutions Inc and Infotech Consulting Inc -- stand merged together and Infotech Consulting Inc is the surviving entity with effect from October 10.

The surviving entity has been renamed as Mindteck Inc. The company continues to be the 100 per cent holding company of Mindteck Inc, the company informed Bombay Stock Exchange today.
