Motilal Oswal AMC appoints Aashish Somaiyaa as CEO

He will play a key role in the continued growth of the company

Aashish P Somaiyaa has been appointed as CEO of Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company, the company said today.

"Aashish will play a key role in the continued growth of Motilal Oswal AMC. The mutual fund industry has huge potential in India," Motilal Oswal Financial Services CMD Motilal Oswal said in a statement here.

Somaiyaa has 13 years of experience in sales and distribution, channel management, product development and institutional sales from ICICI Prudential AMC and a brief stint at project management with Bharti AXA Investment Managers.
