Over 5,000 employees from Walmart India joining Flipkart Wholesale

The e-commerce firm said job offers made to staff at Walmart India have been aligned to similar roles at Flipkart in terms of pay, responsibility and profiles based on industry best practices

Flipkart Wholesale, the digital business-to-business marketplace of e-commerce giant Flipkart Group is recruiting over 5,000 employees who are transitioning from Walmart India to the Flipkart Group. 

Flipkart said the job offers made to employees at Walmart India have been aligned to corresponding roles at Flipkart in terms of compensation, responsibility and profiles based on industry best practices. This was done after consultation with external HR experts and in-line with future organisational planning.
