Ranbaxy Laboratory has won the UK Serious Fraud Office's (SFO) case against its subsidiary Ranbaxy UK, with the English Crown Court quashing the suit.

		</script> </DIV><p class='TableClas'>The court has also declined an application by SFO for permission to appeal to the English Court of Appeal, even SFO has the right to appeal to the court directly, Ranbaxy informed the BSE today. </P>
