President Pranab Mukherjee on Saturday conveyed his greetings and good wishes to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his 66th birthday.
In his message, the President said: "Let this day be the beginning of a year of greater achievements in your and our nation's life. May the Almighty bless you with good health, happiness and many more years of dedicated service to the nation."
Vice-President Hamid Ansari also extended his greetings to Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh also greeted Prime Minister Modi on the occasion.
"Best wishes to Prime Minister from me and the people of Chhattisgarh on his birthday; India is fast moving ahead under him. India is reaching new heights under the Prime Minister's leadership. We hope his programmes benefit the public even more. Heartiest birthday wishes to him," Singh told ANI.
Prime Minister Modi thanked the President and the Vice-President for their wishes.
