Two accused of dabba trade arrested in MP

One of them is from Neemuch and another from Janjarwada village

Police have arrested two persons Sam (32), and Kapil (25) residents of Neemuch and Janjarwada village respectively for committing crime under section 420, 120 B and section 23 (1) of Securities Contracts and REgulation Act 1956 and section 20 and 21 of Forward Contract Act 1952.

The Cantt area police arrested both of them on Monday at 1815 hours. They have been produced in the court and sent to jail. The police have recovered an amount of Rs 49,380 from them, two laptops, seven mobile phones, two keyboards, a telephone and four registers.

Both have been allegedly involved in dabba trade. Further investigation is on, Neemuch Superintendent of Police Tarun Naik told Business Standard telephonically.
