When Kumar Vishwas promised to pay Rs 32 to Amitabh Bachchan

The superstar wanted Vishwas to take his poetry recitation video off YouTube

Legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan has sent a legal notice to AAP leader Kumar Vishwas accusing him of "copyright infringement" for unauthorised use of a poem written by his late father, the poet Harivansh Rai Bachchan, in a video, and asked him to give an account of the revenue generated from it. 

In the video, which was uploaded on Youtube and shared on social media, Kumar was heard reciting a poem written by Harivansh Rai Bachchan. The video has been removed now. 

One of the fan clubs of Big B tagged the star asking him to check out the video where Vishwas is reciting the poem. In return, Big B notified Kumar Vishwas that he was guilty of copyright infringement and that 'legal will take care of this.' He said that the video should be removed from the popular video-sharing site, YouTube, within 24 hours. 
 

In response, Vishwas tweeted that the video is being taken offline and that a sum of Rs 32 will be paid to Amitabh Bachchan as royalty. "Sending earned Rs 32 as demanded. Pranam??," Vishwas tweeted in reply.
 

In a statement, the Aam Aadmi Party member said he had received the notice, which called for the removal of the video and asked him to account for the revenue generated through it. Vishwas added that he had received appreciation from the families of other poets whose works had figured in the tribute series. 
 

The video with Bachchan's poem 'Need ka Nirmaan Phir Phir' is part of Vishwas’ programme 'Tarpan', in which the AAP leader and poet pay tribute to noted Hindi poets.
