Women first, men later?

Vineet Nayar, CEO of HCL Technologies, while addressing a session on female leadership, said that he was mentored by his mother and added that the scorecard of number of females in our top leadership is not good. To this, the moderator suggested, “The title of your next book should be ‘Women First, Men Later’, as your first book was Employees First, Customers Second.”
