ICICI Bank allots 12,770 shares to employees

The country's largest private sector lender ICICI Bank today said it has allotted 12,770 equity shares to its staffs under the employees stock option scheme (ESOS).

The bank has allotted 12,770 equity shares on October 5 under the ESOS, ICICI Bank said in a filing to BSE.

Shares of ICICI Bank were trading at Rs 924, up 1.45 per cent in the late afternoon trade on BSE.
