Ifc Clears Way For Ing Stake Hike In Vysya

International Finance Corpora- tion (IFC) today sold a 4.66 per cent stake in Vysya Bank through two block deals, at around Rs 28.49 crore. The shares were sold to a clutch of mutual funds and one large company at a price of Rs 259 per share. HSBC brokered the deal on the seller
