Digital branches continue to dominate banking channels, with 94 per cent of retail customers visiting their bank branch/stores at least once in the past 12 months, according to a recent Oracle India Retail Banking Study. The study shows that only 51 per cent of retail banking customers has a reliable online banking experience with their main financial institution.
