Singapore, Sweden soar up innovation rankings, US falls out of top 10

While Singapore, Sweden, Singapore and Germany soared up the innovation rankings, the United States dropped out of the top 10, according to the 2018 Bloomberg Innovation Index. India doesn’t figure in the top 50 countries on the list. The index scores countries using 7 criteria, including research and development spending and concentration of high-tech public companies.
