More than 80 per cent of Indian marketers use technology to power their marketing. They have started using social media marketing (66 per cent), websites (54 per cent) and email marketing (53 per cent) widely, points out Digital India 2016: Annual State of Online Marketing in India, the sixth edition of the yearly report by Octane Research. Most marketers attribute the increase in brand awareness to content marketing.
