'Desperate Housewives' star, Drea de Matteo, will play villain on Marvel's 'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. '

The 43-year-old will play Karla Gaye Gideo, a gifted woman with a grudge to bear against S.H.I.E.L.D. and her character joins forces with Skye's father, Cal, Deadline.com reported.
