The all-female Islamic State brigade are resorting to extreme torture punishments to deter women from breast-feeding in public by clamping torture spikes on their chests causing immense pain.
According to Mirror, the feared Al Khansa brigade, said to include Brits, use a gruesome torture instrument called the 'biter' to impose strict Sharia law on women in their capital Raqqa.
The group uses the biter with two iron jaws covered in spikes to torment female offenders.
Recalling her ordeal, a 24-year old woman reportedly revealed that she was arrested for wearing a see-through veil and taken to the torture chamber, where she was asked to choose between a whip and a biter.
Out of utter fear of the whip, she chose the biter and it was placed on her chest and pressed strongly as she screamed in pain. She was later taken to the hospital.
The woman said that she felt as if her feminity had been completely destroyed, adding that she was not the only one in the torture chamber.
There were a lot of women there and their situation was tragic, she added.
