A local source told People Magazine that the 60-year-old businesswoman looked absolutely radiant and she was never looked this happy.
The sources continued that Carole was on her own and looked absolutely wonderful and she is one very happy granny.
Instead of joining the crowds celebrating the baby royal's birth in London, Carole sought out the rural calm of her hometown, Bucklebury.
