In the picture, the skimpily clothed Brook can be seen watching her reflection.
The British model who earlier dated rugby player Thom Evans captioned the pic as, "Mind the Gap Belfie", the Mirror reported.
The 33-year-old model had earlier flaunted her impressive physique in her bikini as she promoted her new swimwear range.
