Manipur capital Imphal hosts theatre festival

To promote and preserve the ancient folk dramas of Manipur, a theatre festival was recently held at the Rupmahal Theatre here.

In all,five plays were staged over a period of five days.

The event was funded by the North East Zonal Cultural Centre and Ministry of Culture, Government of India.
