Mao Weidong Broke record, proves he is a planker

Mao Weidong broke the world record by staying in plank position for the longest time.

The Chinese police officer, stayed in the position for four hours and 26 minutes, metro.co.uk reported.

Weidong currently is a police officer at the Beijing Police department's SWAT team.

The plank position is one of the ab exercises to tighten muscles and gluts.
