It seems supermodel Naomi Campbell needs to be bit careful with her garbs as she recently suffered a major wardrobe malfunction while leaving her pal Madonna's home.

The 45-year-old model, who wore a black pinstriped pantsuit, suffered a nip slip as her low-cut velvet top slipped down, exposing her assets, E! Online reports.

The 'Karma, Confessions and Holi' actress, who was accompanied by an unidentified man, completed her looks with a pair of block heeled ankle boots.

Notably, Madonna hosted a small party for her pals and supermodel Kate Moss also attended the party.
