Paris Hilton recently flaunted her pelvic bone and crotch in a sheer black dress at Sean P Diddy's pre-Grammys party.

The 32-year-old actress wore a black turtleneck gown with heavily sequined black panels that showcased her crotch, People Magazine reported.

Hilton completed her glamorous look with an enormous suicide roll and sparkling ear cuffs.
