Shia LaBeouf abused Texas cop while being arrested for public intoxication

Shia LaBeouf, who was recently arrested for public intoxication in Texas, abused a cop and threatened him.

Police reported that the 29-year-old claimed that he was a member of the National Guard, and said "do whatever the f**k you gotta do!" TMZ reported.

The actor, who was in Austin to attend a music festival, ran down 6th Street and jaywalked in front of police.

LaBeouf was handcuffed and placed under arrest for public intoxication.
