'Tearful' Lea Michele remembers Cory Monteith at Teen Choice Awards

Lea Michele, who made her first public appearance since the death of her "Glee" co-star Cory Monteith since last month, remembered her real-life boyfriend while accepting the award for Choice TV Actress in a comedy at Teen Choice Awards.

Speaking at the occasion, she thanked their fans for the overwhelming love and support on Sunday, CBS News reported.

Meanwhile, other members of the show's cast also spoke of Monteith as they accepted the award for choice TV comedy.
