Watson gives green signal for Pakistan Super League

Australian explosive all-rounder Shane Watson has become the latest big player to associate with the Pakistan Super League (PSL), a franchise-based T20 tournament which begins in the United Arab Emirates in February next year.

The 34-year-old, who has accumulated 4107 run in 154 T20s, said that he was very excited to be involved in the inaugural edition of the PSL and joining a host of international superstars, the Dawn reported.

According to the Pakistan Cricket Board, Watson became the 152nd foreign player to join the PSL for the December draft, which includes international superstars like Chris Gayle, Kevin Pietersen, Grant Elliot and Kieron Pollard.
