Under ESOS

Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail has allotted 7203 equity shares under ESOS. Consequent to the above allotment, the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company will increase from Rs 7,73,50,75,990 (77,35,07,599 Fully Paid-up Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each to Rs 7,73,63,43,140 (77,36,34,314 Fully Paid-up Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each).
