Arrow Coated Products will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 14 May 2016 to consider and approve Financial Results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2016 and the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2016, Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date together with the reports of the Board of Directors and Auditors thereon,to consider and recommend Dividend on equity shares for the year ended March 31, 2016, if any.
