Axis Bank allots 33,750 equity shares

Axis Bank has allotted 33,750 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 18 September pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 479,52,50,548 (239,76,25,274 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs.479,53,18,048 (239,76,59,024 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
