Bank of Maharashtra update on QIP issue

To approve issue price for allocation of equity shares to QIBs on 16 July

Bank of Maharashtra announced that a meeting of the issue committee of the board will be held on 16 July 2021 to consider and approved issue price, including a discount, if any, thereto for the equity shares to be allotted to eligible qualified institutional buyers, pursuant to QIP issue.
