Bharti Infratel announces change in company secretary
With effect from 14 September 2017
Bharti Infratel announced that Shweta Girotra has resigned from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. Her resignation has been accepted w.e.f closing of the business hours on 13 September 2017.
