Birla Corporation to hold board meeting

Birla Corporation will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 6 May 2016, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Accounts of the Company for the year ended 31 March 2016, to consider recommendation of dividend, if any and to consider issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on Private Placement basis.
