Board of Aegis Logistics declares interim dividend of 35 paise

Aegis Logistics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 November 2016, inter alia, have considered and approved :- Declared Interim Dividend of 35% on equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- i.e. Rs.0.35 (i.e. 35 paise) per share.
