Board of Arihant Capital Markets approves interim dividend and stock split

The Board of Arihant Capital Markets at its meeting held on 03 March 2022 has approved interim dividend of Rs 0.75 per share for FY 2022. The Board also approved sub-division of equity shares of the company having face value Rs 5/- each to Rs 1/- each.
