Board of Birdhi Chand Pannalal Agencies approves allotment of shares

At meeting held on 03 January 2015

Birdhi Chand Pannalal Agencies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 03 January 2015, has approved to allot 6,60,000 Equity Shares of Face Value of Rs. 10/- each, at Rs. 50/- per share including a premium of Rs. 40/- per share.
