The Board of Deep Industries has approved the following change in directorate -Appointment of Hemendrakumar Chamanlal Shah as an Additional (Non- Executive Independent) Director of the company with effect from 26 June 2018.
Resignation of Dharen Savla, Premsingh Sawhney and Sanjay Parekh as Directors of the company with effect from 26 June 2018.
