Frontline Business Solutions announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 October 2014, has approved change the name of the Company from Frontline Business Solutions to Premium Fashions and Trends subject to availability of name by Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai.
