Pardha Saradhi, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company has resigned from the services of the Company.The Board of Directors at its meeting held on 13 February 2015, have appointed G. Ramakrishna as Company Secretary & Compliance officer of the Company with effect from 13 February 2015.
