Board of Mangalam Organics approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 04 October 2014

Mangalam Organics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04 October 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. Narendra Goenka, the Director of the Company has resigned from the Directorship of the Company.

2. Anita Sandeep Shriya, has joined as a Lady Director of the Company with effect from 04 October 2014.
