Meuse Kara & Sungrace Mafatlal announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 December 2014, has considered the appointment of Archana Savleram Langhe as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company as per the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and any amendments thereto and other applicable rules, if any.
