MFS Intercorp announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04 September 2015, inter alia, has considered the following:- To Appoint Kamlesh Thothwala as additional Director of the Company and to accept resignation of Dinaben Ganatra from the board of Director of the company w.e.f. 29 August 2015.
