Board of Runeecha Textiles approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 30 June 2015

Runeecha Textiles announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 June 2015 has taken the following decisions:

- Pooja Sabharwal has resigned from the post of Joint Managing Director w.e.f. 01 April 2015 and her resignation is accepted and confirmed by the Board. Now, her designation is changed to Non-executive Director.
