Board of Sanmit Infra allots 84.15 lakh equity shares on preferential basis

At meeting held on 14 November 2018

The Board of Sanmit Infra at its meeting held on 14 November 2018 has allotted shares on preferential basis as follows -

(1) 55,80,733 Equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each being allotted to Promoter Allottees against existing Loan and The Promoter has paid to the company the balance unpaid amount of Rs. Rs. 4,445,560/ before allotment /issue of the shares.

(2) The company as further allotted 28,34,507 Equity Shares of face value of Rs 10 each allotted to other than promoter group.
