Board of Shyamkamal Investments approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 15 December 2017

The Board of Shyamkamal Investments accepted the resignation of Deepak Modi from post of independent director w.e.f from closing business hour of 15 December, 2017 and also approved appointment of Meeta Mittal as Additional Director (Non Executive, Independent) w.e.f 15 December, 2017 subject to approval of members in the upcoming general meeting.
