Board of Sudal Industries considers resignation of Joint MD

At meeting held on 17 October 2014

Sudal Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 October 2014, inter alia, has approved and took note of the resignation letter received from Shyantanu Chokhani from the office of Joint Managing Director of the Company. However, he will continue to act as a Director of the Company.
