At meeting held on 11 October 2014
Trilogic Digital Media announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 October 2014, were approved the following appointments and resignations:1. Harish Patil has resigned from the Directorship. He has also resigned as a CEO of the Company.
2. Shivani Jaising was appointed as a Director of the Company.
3. Sankool Shah has resigned from the directorship
4. Vishal Gurnani was appointed as a CEO and CFO of the Company.
